Whew! a blast from the past. This is the flyer that started it all. Hundreds of these were placed on car windshields all over Eastchester and Scarsdale in 1987. Not sure if it’s legible after all these years, but the title was “Manhattan hair color and hairpainting comes to Westchester!!! ” It’s still true, you don’t need to travel into “the city” to get excellent hair color with premium products.
